Cambodian gastronomy is one of Asia's most underrated culinary traditions. FFGR Cambodia connects discerning guests with Khmer chefs trained in both classical French technique and ancestral royal kitchen traditions — for private dining experiences that reveal Cambodia from within.
Our private chefs source ingredients from Phnom Penh's Orussey Market, organic farms in the Cardamom Mountains and artisanal producers of kampot pepper — Cambodia's most celebrated spice, renowned by Escoffier himself.
Menu compositions range from intimate Khmer royal banquets (amok fish, beef lok lak, Khmer kroeung curry) to full French tasting menus incorporating local ingredients. For villa and resort guests, our chefs travel with their own equipment, ensuring complete kitchen independence.
For special occasions — birthdays, anniversaries, proposal dinners — we arrange complete set design, sommelier wine pairing and Apsara dance performances on request.
