Menu compositions range from intimate Khmer royal banquets (amok fish, beef lok lak, Khmer kroeung curry) to full French tasting menus incorporating local ingredients. For villa and resort guests, our chefs travel with their own equipment, ensuring complete kitchen independence. For special occasions — birthdays, anniversaries, proposal dinners — we arrange complete set design, sommelier wine pairing and Apsara dance performances on request.
