Privacy Policy
FFGR Cambodia (operated by Fédération Française de la Grande Remise, Cambodia Division) is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all clients. This policy applies to data collected through ffgrcambodia.com and through our service engagements.

We collect only the information strictly necessary to deliver our services: contact details (name, email, phone), travel requirements (dates, destinations, service preferences), and communication records. We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is required for security or legal compliance.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to coordinate bookings, provide personalised service, and communicate with you about your requests. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by Cambodian law or for the execution of your booking (e.g., hotel partners, aviation operators).
Data Retention
Client records are retained for a period of three years from the last engagement, then securely deleted, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

Terms of Service
By engaging FFGR Cambodia services, clients agree to the following terms. These terms govern all ground transportation, security, concierge and lifestyle services provided by FFGR Cambodia.
Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed in writing by email or WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of written acknowledgement from FFGR Cambodia. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our sole discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled service: no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of the service fee. No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours: 100% of the service fee. Special events, high-season periods and multi-day bookings may be subject to separate cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
Liability
FFGR Cambodia operates all vehicles to the highest safety standards. Our liability is limited to direct damages arising from service delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, traffic conditions, weather, or government restrictions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement or, failing that, before the competent courts of Phnom Penh.
