We plan to the preference provided. The vehicle is available for the entire evening as specified. Nothing is over-scheduled; everything is possible.
For groups of up to eight requiring multiple vehicles, we operate a convoy arrangement with a lead vehicle carrying the group coordinator and a follow vehicle for additional guests. Both vehicles maintain radio contact. The convoy approach ensures no guest is separated and all transfers happen simultaneously.
